As all our articles are made to order, hence we do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we do offer one-time free Alteration with drop-off services at no additional cost, to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. Also, we keep enough Margins.

We only offer Exchange in case of any manufacturing defect, i.e., If you receive them in a condition that is physically damaged or defective, you’ll be 100% eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.

GUIDELINES FOR VALID EXCHANGE:

  1. Please ensure the product has all the tags attached.
  2. Product must be unused or unwashed.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Exchanges are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If it does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

NOTE: WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
